The Challenge
The client needed to upskill technicians and operators on Direct-On-Line (DOL) starter systems without relying on physical panels, in-person trainers, or high-risk environments. Their existing training involved printed SOPs and limited instructor-led demos, which lacked interactivity, standardization, and scalability.
We delivered a zero-risk Interactive electrical safety simulator in the browser - designed for hands-on learning, safety compliance, and large-scale technician training.
Instead of building a native app, we chose a WebGL browser-based solution to eliminate hardware dependencies and simplify deployment across the client’s distributed teams. The simulator trains users on DOL starter operation, safety protocols like PPE and Lockout/Tagout, and real-world troubleshooting – all inside a guided, interactive, and multilingual environment.
With built-in assessments and LMS integration, the platform offers a complete, measurable training experience that mirrors actual workflows – accessible anytime, anywhere.
